NoScript Controls Missing

Recently, NoScript stopped appearing on my Browser.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and NoScript with no luck.

The result is, I either have to run with NoScript installed but uncontrollable (and preventing most scripts) or without it.

Neither option is a good one.
