Add default backup filename

All backup filenames are currently empty and have to be typed by the user every time they have to back up.

Is it possible to add an option for default backup filename? Few other WebExtensions do this, example format: noscript_2017-10-10_12.00.00.txt. Makes it easier to sort and identify specific backups.
