Version 5.1.2 does not work any more

Since the update to version 5.1.2 I do not get the yellow notification that some scripts are disabled.
Also there is no "NoScript" entry in the popup menu. So there is no way to (temporary) enable script.
FF: 55.0.3

Thanks, Safe-Mode and Normal fixed the problem.
PS: I have search the forum for 5.1.2 but could not find the linked topic
