I need to enable javascript for certain pages. How do I do this? I have watched videos and researched it a bit but can't find the answer. I am unable to access my router even if I "allow all this page ."

That one might be a special case. Please check the Browser Console (Ctrl-Shift-J) when this issue happens and post here any messages related to NoScript.
