Allow all scripts and use negative list possible?

It is possible to allow all scripts and using a negative list for forbidden scripts?

Allow Scripts Globally, then for the sites you want to forbid, Mark them as Untrusted.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
