I accidentally allowed scripts globally. How do I un enable this or does it turn off once I restart the browser?

ABE in advanced shows the option "wan and my ip" what is that

That option, when enabled, makes NoScript consider your public IP address LOCAL. See https://noscript.net/abe/wan/
