Firefox 54.0 (unbranded build), new profile
Go to https://noscript.net/getit, install NoScript dev build from there
I thought that, when I restart the browser, the release notes page should open in a new tab. But it didn't. No new tab was opened.
NoScript Options > Notifications > Display the release notes on updates, was checked.
No related message in the Browser Console (Ctrl-Shift-J).
Just curious, is this an intended behavior change?
