Firefox freezing when loading business pages on Yelp.com

I've been experiencing freezes for the last couple weeks, particularly on yelp. Basically, when I load a business page on yelp, it freezes my browser for a period of around 5 minutes+. I read a previous post and tried disabling XSS and that seemed to have fixed the problem. I know that running with xss disabled is unsafe so...I opened the console and then opened a business page on Yelp.com. When it finished loading I copied the output. Hopefully there is some clue...Here is the output:

It worked, but you forgot to obscure your WAN IP, so I've hidden the link.


No problems here on https://www.yelp.com/biz/tatts-and-taco ... kland-park. Neither your console output nor mine shows the XSS filter doing anything.

I notice that site tries to load facebook.net script. Some users have reported facebook.net causing hanging. Does Marking facebook.net as Untrusted help?

Thank you for the quick response. Good catch on the WAN IP also. It was late and frustrated and it didn't even cross my mind.

Marking facebook.net as untrusted seems to have resolved the issues I was experiencing. A better alternative than turning off XSS - and FireFox actually loads the pages faster now than with XSS off.
