Revoke Temporary Permissions isn't clearing the whitelist

Hello,

I've noticed Revoke Temporary Permissions isn't clearing the whitelist.
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0

... because it's only supposed to clear temporary permissions, leaving your whitelist intact.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
