noscript icon appears as "nothing blocked" while it has some

as you can see, In the screenshot the site "getsharex.com" is blocked. However noscript icon appears with no block sign.

I suspect this problem emerged in last few days. To me, I'm experiencing this problem since yesterday.

Is there any workaround of this?

I'm not seeing that on https://getsharex.com/downloads/ (is that the URL shown in your screenshot?). Can you reproduce it consistently?

What other extensions do you have?

This problem is not limited to certain site. When it appears, any site which contains any un-trusted script have same issue until restarting FF.
I have no idea what triggers this problem...

I think some of those extensions have been known to interfere with NoScript in the past, but I'm not sure if that's still the case. So as a test, does disabling all extensions other than NoScript stop this problem? (Tools > Add-ons Manager)

recently I addes uBlock origin and it seems to be a cause.

I disabled uBlock and the problem seems to be disappeard... though I'm not definitely sure about this.
