"Temporarily allow top-level sites" broken?!?

Post by donestefan »

Hi,
I use the setting "Temporarily allow top-level sites by default" together with "second-level-domains".
When I open a new website for the first time, the second-level domain won't be allowed automatically.
I have to reload the page once (or navigate to another page of the same second-level-domain) to trigger the automatic allowance.

It is not 100% clear, but the problem seems to be limited to websites that are not in the cache and not in the browsing history.
The problem disappeared when i decided to start over with fresh firefox profile. But now (after about 3-4 weeks) the problem re-appeared and I really don't want to change my firefox profile again...
Disabling all other plugins does not solve the problem.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?!?
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0

*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
