[Resolved] Flashgot no longer working- See Error Message

Using firefox v. 51.0.1 - Windows 10 home.
Have been using Flashgot for a long time with no issues.
since installed other downloaders (Allavsoft, Ashampoo) but they are not enabled in Firefox.

Now, whenever I try to download a video I receive an error message like this:

Flashgot uninstall/reinstall did not help.

What download manager are you using?

It looks like whatever it is attempting to use as a file name is invalid.

Change download manager to (Browser Built In) & see if that makes a difference.

Went to Add-Ons/Flashgot Settings. 'Browser Built-In' was already selected.

Very strange. Any other possibilities?

Figured out problem.

As a novice did not report one important fact. I had laplinked from an old laptop to this new one.
the Users folder being accessed by Flashgot was the old, now unused account. no matter what I tried in options, it kept selecting the old one. even reinstalling Flashgot.
So renamed old account folder, Flashgot then requested new destination. all is good now.

Sorry for omitting that crucial bit of info and thanks for replying.
