Can't mark something as trusted.

Post by Device »

Hello,

I accidentally marked https://browserleaks.com/canvas as untristed and now I cannot run javascript on that domain anymore. When I go to noscript -> untrusted -> Allow browserleaks.com it does nothing.

I don't see any way to mark it back as default or trusted. Any help?

Check to see if you have "http:" &/or "https:" Allowed in your whitelist.
(Options | Whitelist)
If so, remove them.

Then see if you can't allow your domain.

Otherwise, do a search here for "square brackets", though I don't know if there's a resolution for it?
(And you would have thought that everyone made resolutions for New Years.)
(And just for fun, I now have square brackets - that I can't get rid of. Oh, well, no need to Allow informaction.com anyhow ;-).)

Nope, I do not have http: or https: in my whitelist.

This is my whitelist: https://izumi.tv/f/noscript.txt

It seems similar to viewtopic.php?f=7&t=22355
But there does not seem to be any resolution for it, no.

Happy new year btw.

But still, you *did* unmark it. After doing that, did you try opening the site in a new tab? Or any of the other workarounds mentioned in that thread you found? (Yes, it is that same issue.)

I completely missed the comment about opening the site in a new tab. That worked for me.
Thanks a lot for the help.
