NoScript breaks Firefox's 'file not found' page. Perhaps a default whitelisting of about:* is in order?

mmm, nope. By default about:neterror is whitelisted and mandatory (i.e. you cannot remove it).
Something unexpected happened to your whitelist.
Could you try using NoScript Options|Reset?

Hmm, after my last reinstall, it broke it. After this one though, it didn't. Strange.
