no changelog info on addons page

Thanks, I'm aware of those links, just wanted to mention it as I held off installing because it might have been posted in error/maliciously. Adding the text to where it normally occurs would just be more comfortable for users (and me.)

The culprit is a buggy, or at least weird, AMO behavior regarding localization: after I edited the description in Dutch, contributed by a user from Nederlands, every changelog entry I attached to 2.5.9.2 RCs and final was recorded as Dutch-only and not shown to users with other locales.
Fixing that...
