[RESOLVED] Noscript blocks Scrapbook

Noscript prevents my Scrapbook files from opening eg, file:///C:/Users/jonri/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/yijbwobi.default/ScrapBook/data/20160930080956/index.html
I have tried whitelisting <file: //> but no effect
Help please! If I can't use Scrapbook (a Firefox 50.0 Add-in) I will have to abandon Noscript, which would be a pity.
