pages not refreshing after permission changes

Hi,

Just this morning, NoScript on FireFox stopped refreshing pages whenever I change permissions. This applied to any page. I had to manually refresh. Whenever I temporarily allow/forbid an element, the mouse pointer would become the spinning ring as if something is loading (Windows 7), but the page doesn't reload; I have to manually do it.

I checked the Noscript settings:
"Automatically reload affected pages when permissions change" is ticked
"Reload the current tab only" is not ticked
