STR:
Nightly 2016-11-12, NS 2.9.5rc21. Create new profile, install 2.9.5rc21 from AMO, drag "Revoke temporary permissions" button to the navigation bar. Close Nightly, launch Nightly. "Revoke temporary permissions" button is active though it shouldn't be because there were no temporary permissions given.
