I installed the latest version of noscript today 7/25, and you are still blocking Intensedebate on all sites that have it.
Here is the error from my console. I have not been able to whitelist or change any settings to get this to work.

Here's what I did to test it:
In a clean profile (no other extensions)installed the latest development version of NS (see the first link in my signature) - not the official latest version, but the latest development one, because that contains the very latest bug fixes.
Reset NS to defaults (you should save any vital whitelist with the export button if you are following my steps exactly)
Navigated to http://www.komonews.com/news/national/51575177.html
Temp Allowed the main domain
Temp Allowed intensedebate.com
The comments section appeared and allowed me full navigation - although I didn't register to test it fully.
Would you like to test your problem with the latest development build and return with your results?
