Promlem gone if disable ClearClick

I could be wrong but it sounds to me like ClearClick is just the messenger of a problem with that CSS rules viewer...

Yes. Page works fine. Problem only with Firefox DOM Inspector Rules pane.

Problem in Fx49 Beta and 50 DevEd
I just installed Fx release (48.0.2) and problem not present in it

I would suggest you try the latest Firefox Nightly and if the issue is present there, file a bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
It's easier for them to investigate if you get steps-to-reproduce starting from a clean profile. Also be sure to include a link to this thread.
