NoScript Bug in Firefox 47+48

Post by Viper® »

I have problems with NoScript and Firefox 47 + 48.
When I open Firefox and call a site, then I can hover the mouse ofer the NoScript Icon to get the context menu
for the blocked scripts.
When I open a 2nd tab then I can't open the context menu on all tabs. It shows only an translucent square with
no content.
I have reinstalled Firefox but that don't help. Can you help me? Thanks.

Reinstalling Firefox won't do much since your data is stored in your profile. What happens if you create a new, clean profile and install only NoScript?

Well I must check this over the weekend. Hope NoScript has no problem with it's own exported txt file
to get all the infos back which script was allowed after reinstall.

So I have deinstalled FF and deleted all folders included the profiles. After reinstall FF and NoScript the same problem.
I have read that FF can be damadged by the Windows anyversary update 1607 (Build 14393.82). But FF alone works
perfect. I think there is a bug in NoScript.

The only change I made bevore was to install a new grafic card GTX 980 Ti instead of an GTX 680. But I think thats not
the problem because all other applications, contextmenus or popups work fine except NoScript.
Any ideas?

Have you tried disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox?
