New site... new build... hello. :p

NS - 1.9.6.93
NewTabURL - 1.6.1 (1.6.2 doesn't work).

Wherein the cursor changes upon hovering of a link that opens a new tab... the home page opens rather than the link. Closing the tab and clicking the link again opens the link in a new tab correctly.

And the settings you have set in NewTabURI?

Not seeing a problem here with NTU v1.6.3.
The expected link is opening. First time, every time.
