2.9.0.14rc2 NoScript is not properly installed

Installing NoScript 2.9.0.14rc2 in SeaMonkey 2.45 it shows
"NoScript is not properly installed and cannot operate correctly"
while NoScript 2.9.0.14rc1 gets installed.

The same with 2.9.0.14

Forget it, seems something went wrong with NoScript feeds and downloads

Update feeds show up as new here in Newsfox:
2.9.0.14rc1
2.6.8.14rc2
2.6.8.14

Just 2.9.0.14rc1 is really new and works.
