Well, it's been four months and this issue still persists. I have to always keep ABE off due to this issue and that lowers my security. I almost thought I messed up my phpBB driven forum when I went to update it and had ABE on. Luckily I was able to close the browser, restart the browser, disable ABE and go back to my website and it continued to update where I left off. I really did not want to have to upload a backup.
Anyway, any status on a fix for this specific issue?
