"Allow All This Page" Doesn't Show

It is definitely checked off in "options - appearances", but does not show when I click "options" for any page. Only choice showing is "temporarily allow all this page". Any ideas?

Are you using, Allow Scripts Globally?

If you set Appears to show some other option not presently displayed (other then 'Allow All This Page'), does that option display.

If you disable all other extensions except for NoScript, is there any change?

*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
