[Resolved] Allow All This Page Icon

I had to reload OSX Firefox and lost all my Add-ons. I reloaded Noscript and can not remember the configuration for adding the "Allow All This Page" icon in my tool bar so I can avoid using the drop down menu.

Any help appreciated.

right-click empty space of toolbar > Customize
drag that icon where you want it
