ClearClick whitelist?
Would be possible to implement a whitelist that only applies to ClearClick?
Let's say I don't want to trust all of my whitelisted sites to disable ClearClick protection, but there are a few that frequently trigger ClearClick warnings.
It would be really nice if I could make just one or two sites exempt from ClearClick protection.
Thoughts?

It's already possible - but what sites are they?

Keep in mind that if it's false positive that the real fix might be Giorgio need to tweak ClearClick. And there is already outstanding ClearClick-related bug related to rapidfire part of it: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=21597

How? I don't see any whitelist options under the ClearClick tab. For security reasons I would prefer not say which specific sites I'm having this issue with. They are both financial sites.Thrawn wrote:It's already possible - but what sites are they?
From looking at the ClearClick popup window, it seems to me there really is some sort of partial obstruction going on. However, there's nothing underneath the obstructed area. It seems to me that it's probably just less than ideal site design. However, these sites being of the large commercial variety, I doubt they're interested in my input as to how they ought to code their site so it works better with NoScript.barbaz wrote:Keep in mind that if it's false positive that the real fix might be Giorgio need to tweak ClearClick.

Please reproduce the ClearClick warning, report it, and post here the report ID. Then Giorgio will look at it whenever he can.

ClearClick exceptions are in about:config, but as barbaz said, please post the report ID here so it can be properly resolved.

Are the reports visible to the public? I don't really want the world to see what financial sites I use.Thrawn wrote:ClearClick exceptions are in about:config, but as barbaz said, please post the report ID here so it can be properly resolved.

Re: ClearClick whitelist?
Giorgio would reply here with his analysis of it. He's pretty busy designing WebExtensions API atm so it might be a while until he can get to this.alwayssummer wrote:How will I know if anything has become of my report?
In the mean time the best you can do is bump this thread every once in a while.

Re: ClearClick whitelist?
Should I make a new report each time the problem pops up?
