After dragging a tab to a different window, the tab loses all ability to enable scripts even when navigating away from the original source.
Whenever I drag a tab to a different or new window, NoScript's menu ceases to work. The menu options are just "Recently blocked sites" and "Revoke Temp permissions". Even if I ctrl+shift+r, the menu option for temporarily allow still does not appear, but NoScript is still showing that the scripts for the page are blocked.
I noticed that every time I did this on two different machines that it would break the tab.

Re: Dragging to new window breaks javascript
What version of NoScript?
Any change with v 2.9.0.5rc4?
Does 47 have e10s? And if so any change if you disable?
Anything relevant noted in Error Console?
