Well i just figured out what the problems was and wold like to say that i apologize for wasting anyone time and that i can finally get on that site ]]

that problem wasnt with Dropbox or even Noscript i was so sure it was only because disabling this one extension made that site work.. further testing in a new profile by having just noscript on and one by one enabling the addons had led me to this extension that had a domain exclusion for inspection in its options it wasn't until i double checked it that had me wondering why i hadn't used the options for it, well it turns out that its a restart-less extension and when i was testing it i would turn it on checking the site and off with out having to restart it made me kinda skip over it in a way even though noscript was still enabled not sure why it was working before i had any issue but it doesn't matter now, just like to apologize to everyone who gave me help ]]

the extension was Decentraleyes on the AMO and the domains i excluded were dropbox.com;dropboxstatic.com;

My bad,

*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
