Glinks Surrogate Does Not Working With CSE

Post by barbaz » Sun Feb 28, 2016 4:00 am

Gecko 44.0, NS 2.9.0.4rc1

first, modify the sources value to include cse:

Code: Select all

!@^https?://[^/]+google\..*/(?:cse|search)

But it still does not working, seemingly ineffectual on the page. Tried inserting alert() as debug - alerts consistently showed on mouse over (alert-spam warning!), but nothing on mouse down or mouse click, which is when it's needed here :?:
Suggestions?

Test URL (redirect): http // www.google.com/cse?cx=003258325049489668794%3Adrr0nlojlas&ie=UTF-8&q=seamonkey+javascript+alert&sa=Go

Code: Select all

https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=003258325049489668794%3Adrr0nlojlas&ie=UTF-8&q=seamonkey+javascript+alert&sa=Go

Installing NoRedirect makes things more obvious, but can also be seen when hold mouse down on the links
