Okay, it seems like a simple enough idea that somebody else probably asked for it already, but it also seems so useful that if somebody else had already asked for it, it would already be there.
The idea:
There are a whole lot of sites (Facebook, etc.) that I've given about as many permissions to as I ever plan to. They're always adding new advertisers or whatever-- people who I'm generally just as happy to keep blocking by default. But I still want to allow at least some basic scripts to run on the site. But I don't want NoScript to keep bothering me with the distracting yellow notification bar for those sites (or noises, which are even worse). I *could* just turn off the notify bar at the bottom of the page, but that setting affects how the notify bar behaves for ALL sites, so that whenever I go on to browse someplace new, I might easily miss the fact that noscript is blocking a script that I'd really prefer to let run. So... could you maybe fix that, and allow users to turn off the notify bar on a site-by-site basis?
Thanks.

Re: Feature request: site-specific popup bar
There's a slightly different concept which may serve the same purpose in current NoScript versions: you can mark noisy script sources (e.g. ads) as untrusted, and whenever all forbidden scripts on a certain page fall in the "marked as untrusted" category you won't get any notification bar.

Re: Feature request: site-specific popup bar
I think that's what I've been doing--individually marking all of the ad-generators as untrusted, at least to the extent I can do so and still see the content I want. Unfortunately, it seems that for some sites (again, e.g. Facebook), they're constantly adding more advertising crap. So I'm constantly getting harangued by NoScript to categorize these new advertisers as trusted or untrusted.
Really, I'd just like to be able to say, "on this particular site, except for those sources I've already told you to allow, please just assume that it's all crap, and that it always will be crap, so just stop bothering to ever ask me about anything new that shows up HERE unless/until I tell you otherwise, okay? (i.e. By default, always mark anything unknown on such a site as being temporarily untrusted.)
