That looks to be a bug that has resurfaced.
Thanks for reporting.

Earlier threads on the matter:
PS: In the current nightly of SeaMonkey 2, this bug does manifest itself. (In earlier versions it did not.)

This problem is of the translation of firefox to Spanish. No of flashgot.

Sry, clean thread. I find a solution editing: locale\es-AR\mozapps\downloads\unknownContentType.dtd of es-AR.xpi

sry for my english "omigad" -.- XD. Saludos

Well color me CONFUSED?

I could have sworn I saw the issue as reported before when kzs reported it. And in that case, the Save | Cancel buttons were misplaced, along with the dialog missing the, "Do this automatically..." checkbox.

And I could have sworn that I saw it in SeaMonkey 2 too.

Yet looking again, I see that was not kzs's issue.
His issue was in the translated text being too long for the dialog box.
And now I am not seeing the (earlier, apparent, hallucinogenic) issue in SeaMonkey either?
