Therube is correct, it's a regression from that change, happening on some sites only.
I'll fix it in next release, thanks for reporting.

Finally got 1.9.2.8 and Forbid XSLT properly inhibits

shouldn't the "S" icon be blue when there is any content subject to blocking? i've had this issue with my online banking, and the "S" icon was showing as a crossed outline, leading me to believe that even though script execution was not enabled for the page, there was nothing blocked on the page either.

The outline just means that there are no <SCRIPT> elements, but scripts can be still needed e.g. for links or inline event handlers.
