The following URL hangs with Firefox 42.0 (mac) https://cbs.pcicompliance.ws/

At what point?
What domains do you have allowed?

Site repeatedly reloads. I don't have any sites blocked that I can see. Might not be a NoScript issue.

Disable all other extensions except for NoScript & test.
(Or create a new, clean Profile & install only NoScript & test.)
