Re: New Garbage
It's the same site as before??? The ABE code you entered must not be working then...
I have no idea what to suggest

Re: New Garbage
Did you not get my post with the screenshot from the browser console? Or was it of no value?

Re: New Garbage
Sorry about my last post - I hadn't seen yours.
Well, it is odd - I'll try disabling and re-entering the code for ABE. If that works, I'll let you know.
If not, I'll just live with it.

Re: New Garbage
It's working again - I disabled, enabled, and re-entered the Deny code and has been good all day.
A question: is there a way to stop NoScript's notification of the denial everytime my start page or webmail page is loaded? The Xing out is only temporary.

Re: New Garbage
Nice it's working again!
Workaround: change Deny to

Yeah, that's a bug in the notification - it shouldn't be showing at all.Traviata wrote:A question: is there a way to stop NoScript's notification of the denial everytime my start page or webmail page is loaded?
Workaround: change Deny to
Code: Select all
Deny INC
Deny

Re: New Garbage
Code: Select all
[NoScript InjectionChecker] JavaScript Injection in document.getElementById(a).href;}}
(function anonymous() {
document.getElementById(a).href /* COMMENT_TERMINATOR */
DUMMY_EXPR
})
Code: Select all
http://tpc.googlesyndication.com/safeframe/1-0-2/html/container.html#xpc=sf-gdn-exp-1&p=http%3A//www.newstalk.com
about:blank
If you block <IFRAME>, & also 'Apply to whitelisted sites too', at least in the case http://www.newstalk.com/, you avert that crap (Garbage).
(Though do note, that by virtue of blocking...)
Or by limiting what you are Allowing.
So if you never allowed tpc.googlesyndication.com to begin with, you wouldn't see the ad nor the garbage. (You might see an empty, blank "placeholder" where the ad might have appeared.)
So just why are we allowing tpc.googlesyndication.com?
Are we setting, Allow Scripts Globally? Or Cascading? Or Temporarily Allowing All - at the point where that site shows up?
If so, it may not be unexpected to run into similar, somewhat regularly.
