I'm running Mint 17.2 Linux 3.16.0-38-generic (x86_64) on a Toshiba L850D AMD A6-4400M, FF 42.0 with No Script, Ghostery, HTTPS Everywhere and Adblock. Following upgrade to NS2.7, www.newstalk.com is broken in that the top black bar should have an audio button. Clicking on the menu option produces a linked ad but no menu response. I've disabled all the add-ons to no avail. Disable No Script 'scripts only' to no avail. The only solution is to disable No Script fully...or regress FF to 40 and No Script to 2.6.9.37 as this works on a similarly configured machine
Further, this version of NS has removed the 'Allow' function from the menu. Allowing a site now requires a float, middle click and visit to the NS website. Please advise fixes or workarounds asap. NS is off until fixed. I hope that won't be for long!

Re: Broken website V2.7
It sounds like your profile may be borked. Please create a new profile, install only NoScript latest development build, and leave all default settings. If the problem still persists there, please check the Browser Console (Ctrl-Shift-J) when this issue happens and post here any messages related to NoScript.
(related messages usually start with either "[NoScript" or "[ABE]"; if you don't know what's related, turn off CSS warnings and post everything else you see)

*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

Screenshot.
It would seem to me, that you're blocking something.
Either a particular needed domain in NoScript itself, or by virtue of one of your other extensions.
As a test, create a new, clean Profile.
Install on NoScript.
Verify that the site, audio controls, work as expected.
