If this topic has been answered elsewhere, kinkly point out a link to it and accept my humble apologies for now finding it before asking. Now that I have begun using Firefox Private Browsing feature with its latest version for Windows, I have see a new option in the drop-down for NoScript like this:
Permanent Allow commands in private windows
Every time it defaults to the selected option and I have to deselect it. What exactly does it allow and where can I set a default value for it? Thanks.

If your selection isn't persisting, then something must be up with your profile. Do other settings remain after you select them?
If you un-check the box, then the NoScript menu will not show any options to permanently allow sites when you are using private browsing.
