I can't load that image (or that site, for that matter).
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

It's not loading in Safe Mode, so either site or FF issue.

The connection was refused when attempting to contact pp.vk.me.

Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a connection.
dribbbleboard loads fine for me, but doesn't work here either (I get just a spinner saying "Loading" and a bar on the top), and neither disabling NoScript entirely nor using a completely clean profile gets it working. (testing SeaMonkey 2.35)
I would be inclined to think this issue is unrelated to NoScript.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
