Options menu goes missing

I have this super old issue with noscript and I'm bored enough to post about it.
Sometimes the bottom bar goes into state where its "Options" menu doesn't draw properly. See this 1 pixel line on the screenshot? That's the menu.
Once this happened, it persists until FF restart. This has been a problem for me on two different FF installations.

It's probably something you're doing to these installations - some other extension or theme, perhaps.
Standard Diagnostic has resolved similar issues in the past. Please try that and let us know the results, thanks.

And that line appears only in FF, not across your entire monitor?
