Annoying Google Reload

I've set Noscript to forbid Google but Noscript doesNOT prevent this redirecting.
The search result page reload again when it is actually done, and some additional SEI in url appear.

Actually the search result is done:

And then redirected (reload) become like this:

Why Noscript unable to prevent this unnecessary reload (redirect)?

Try setting one of the following:
NoScript Options > Advanced > Untrusted > Forbid META redirections...
*or*
about:config > accessibility.blockautorefresh to true
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

SOLVED.

I add this in the keyword:

&ie=UTF-8

No more redirecting.
