first, sorry for my bad english, but i'm german.

When i visit the webpage www.giga.de and i haven't allow any scripts, the page reload itself again and again (sorry, it's may be a bad description of the problem).
Is this a bug on NoScript?

Confirmed.

But it is not a NoScript issue, per se.
It just happens when JavaScript is blocked, & that is what NoScript does, by default.

So if you disable NoScript & restart FF, then manually disable JavaScript (about:config, javascript.enabled;false), then load giga.de, you will see the same behavior, the site continuously reloads.

You can, however, block the behavior with NoScript, by setting Options-Advanced-Untrusted-"Forbid META redirections inside NOSCRIPT elements" (or German equivalent).
