[RESOLVED] Back button does not save post content
[RESOLVED] Back button does not save post content
For the past few months when I've had posts caught by the spam filter or accidentally cancelled by me, using the "Back" button doesn't save what I had previously written, but instead erases everything. I don't think anything significant changed on my end when that issue started (but I could be wrong), and a small POST form testpage on my local server does save the entered text if I use the "Back" button.
Please fix, thanks.

It's the normal behavior for HTTPS pages - on this board it seems, but not on "all" HTTPS pages (as I recall).
Pretty sure that it was not happening elsewhere (the "where" escapes me at the moment) HTTPS? I'll keep an eye out.

If anyone else is having this problem, I found that Form History Control (with a few minor modifications to deal with oddities in my browser setup) seems to work well.
