Reiterate

Post by torrbo »

Why, when I choose ‘Allow all this page’ or ‘Temporarily allow this page’ do I have to do it at least 3 times for it to take effect.

I read the Q&A 5.6 in the no script forum FAQ’s and that seems to make sense, but why is it doing it now when it didn’t in earlier releases?

It got so bothersome I had to disable the addon

See the sticky in this forum.
If you don't like this, use cascading permissions mode
NoScript Options > Advanced > Trusted > Cascade top document's permissions...
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

It can only allow what it sees.

http://www.msn.com/

By default you get msn.com allowed.
And then two other domains show up (at least for me).

If I Temporarily Allow All, those two other domains are now allowed, but then 4 additional domains show up that can be allowed.

It could be the particular site you are TAA'd only had what was there to begin with to be allowed & nothing more.
