Tor and Noscript

I notice when I use Tor browser it only allows me the option to "temporaily allow this page" instead of allowing individual scripts.....? My understanding that is that Noscript was not properly implemented for Tor

you need to have manually selected to show permanent allow commands in private browsing mode ?

oops.. forgot that they might turn on cascading permissions mode by default.
also might have turned off the menu items from options > appearance
