[FIXED]Cannot Watch YouTube Videos With NoScript 2.6.9.23rc2

NoScript 2.6.9.22rc1: works
NoScript 2.6.9.23rc2: Player just spinning, SeaMonkey sometimes says I've got a partially encrypted page. Let it go, it says "An error occurred, please try again later."
(And that's odd, YT thinks I want 1080p when I specified nothing and want standard quality?)

SeaMonkey version '2.35pre' (like Firefox 38.0.1). '2.34pre' (like Firefox 37.0.2) also affected.

I've got some ABE rules for youtube but disabling them made no difference.

This is the only related message in the Error Console as far as I know:

Is there a way to force the Flash player overriding the HTML 5 one?

Try appending &html5=0 to the end of the URL. Or use a Firefox 28 user-agent string.

SeaMonkey version '2.35pre' (like Firefox 38.0.1). '2.34pre' (like Firefox 37.0.2) also affected.

Firefox 38.0.1 works for me (forcing Flash with this add-on).
Seamonkey 2.33.1 does it as well.
Where can I download Seamonkey 2.35pre? I'm having a hard time finding it...

Self build, I didn't download it. I'll see if I can reproduce this with something downloadable.

Those might be based on Firefox 38.0.5 betas though, not 38.0.1...

I'll PM you my NoScript config.

It did for me.
I'm using Seamonkey 2.33.1 with your NoScript configuration.
Youtube is broken as described by your original post, until I disable your YT ruleset.
From then on, your test movie plays just fine.
It seem the Anon action is preventing the movie from loading, at least on 2.6.9.23rc2.
Now I need to check what (if anything) has actually changed, for the good or for the bad (I didn't touch ABE stuff in latest release, though).
