PasswordBox stuck in off mode & won't load with NoScript

Hi all,
When I try to use PasswordBox with NoScript installed, PasswordBox gets stuck in OFF mode and also gets stuck loading its interface when I try to open it.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0

What is PasswordBox?
