How do you block web bugs in no script. Should be under forbid web bugs in advanced/options. Is that the same as forbid book marklets?

You can't "block web bugs" but you might be able to fashion an ABE rule to that effect.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

Yes it was but it depended on the HTML parsing methods of Firefox < 4 .. give me a moment to dig up the forum topic about it...
