Youtube, FlashGot Media only shows Dash

Sometimes on Youtube, the FlashGot Media icon, the initial view with the right-click on the icon, only shows Dash version of a clip as opposed to both the combined audio/video clip (& then separately the Dash versions).

(Oh & to note, for me, these clips are playing in Flash, not HTML5.)

The 4 / 21 MB are the separate Dash audio / video.


Is there an error here or is it that in one case Dash is being played while in the other it is the combined A+V clip?

Most likely related, but as of a few days ago, Flashgot is no longer detecting the muxed mp4 720p streams on Youtube, just the muxed mp4 360p streams, 3gp phone streams, and the DASH streams.
youtube-dl (command line app for linux) still detects and can download the muxed mp4 720p streams, so at the very least Youtube has not removed them.
