Noscript SSL Certificate Change Before Expiration

My Certificate Patrol add-on warned me that the Noscript.net SSL (or TLS) security certificate has changed before the old one was near expiration. The new certificate is from COMODO with a SHA-256 fingerprint of 67:F9:39:69:B0:BF:A8:D4:36:27:8D:85:DB:E6:7F:B3:5C:EA:D1:18:2F:4D:6D:32:B8:46:97:DD:5E:9A:E7:78 Is this right?
