Since you're not seriously managing issues in a forum like described in the FAQ, please add a link to the issue tracker to the FAQ (doesn't contain the search term `tracker`).

There's no issue tracker that I'm aware of, unless Giorgio has a private one...

Basically, if something is important, Giorgio usually issues a dev release within 24 hours. And if it isn't, then we discuss it here, and maybe he'll pick it up or maybe not.
Since development all belongs to Giorgio, there hasn't really been a need for a formal public issue tracker.
